1. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  • Unboxing Video Required: Record a clear, continuous unboxing video without cuts or edits while opening the package (before using or trying the product). Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Send the Video: Share the video with us on WhatsApp:

  • Resolution Options:

    • Full refund within 7 working days after verification, OR

    • Replacement dispatched the next working day (subject to availability).

2. Other Return Reasons (Change of Mind, Not Liked)

If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, please note:

  • Report Within 4 Hours: Inform us within 4 hours of delivery.

  • Return Shipping: Ship the product back at your own expense within 24hours.

  • Condition Requirement: Item must be unused, in original packaging.
