Unboxing Video Required: Record a clear, continuous unboxing video without cuts or edits while opening the package (before using or trying the product). Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Resolution Options:
A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 working days after successful physical verification of the returned item, OR
Replacement dispatched the next working day (subject to availability).
please note: Minor variations in colour, design, or finish are natural due to the handmade nature of our jewellery and are not considered defects.
